I have started to taking a calcium vitamin.

10/3/2009 (October)
8:47pm to 9:40pm
A little more than a thousand words.
So this time last week I was in Columbus, Ohio watching a soccer game with my dad and my brother.
The plus side of the vacation was that I actually saved money because I didn’t really have to pay for anything, I had some fun, I got a new jacket, and the home team won.
My dad drove so I got to be a passenger for the first time in a long while.
On Friday my dad drove my brother and I to cedar point.
The plan was that they would pick me up at two o’clock from my place but I do not think that they picked me up until about four pm.
The plan was that we would spend several hours in the park that night and then maybe go in the park the next morning as well.
We decided not to go in the park on Saturday morning, but we actually had fun Friday night in the park.
My dad didn’t go on any of the rides because he had a heart attack a couple of years ago, he’s okay now but as a precaution I did not let him go on any of the rides.
And I think his doctor actually told him not to go on the rides.
They had the Halloween stuff going in the park, which I didn’t really care for.
I kind of wish we would of gone on the rides Saturday because some of the rides like the mantis wasn’t running.
But my brother Michael and I got to go on the rides that we had not gone on before so we kind of felt that we did not have to go in the park on Saturday.
Friday night I wore my sandals into the park and I got some really bad blisters on my heels.
I didn’t complain or even tell my dad that I had blisters.
I just clean my feet off in the bathtub back at the hotel after we were done for the night.
We stayed at the newer hotel called the sandcastle right by the park.
The other hotel right by the park is called breakers I think, it’s the older hotel there.
Anyways, our hotel room wasn’t really that bad, it was two rooms.
The front room had a couch that rolled out into a bed and then the bedroom had two beds, and of course it had a regular bathroom with a shower.
In most of the hotels that I have stayed at the bathroom usually did not have sink in it, the sink would be in a separate room.
That just always seem kind of weird because that isn’t the way my house is set up.
But it’s the norm when it comes to hotels.
Anyways, the hotel that we stayed at cedar point was no exception.
The sink and the bathroom were two separate rooms.
But the hotel that we stayed at in Columbus was more like what I would call a normal bathroom, it had the toilet, sink, and shower/bathtub in the same room.
On a side note I have been watching the television show lost online on the Netflix website and I have to say that I am hooked on Lost.
I think they have most of the seasons on the website and I am already on the third season. Anyways, last Friday night after I went on the rides at cedar point I got to sleep on the lumpy ass mattress that rolled out of the couch.
It wasn’t a very comfortable mattress but I didn’t have to listen to anyone snore because they were in the other part of the hotel room.
But none the less I didn’t sleep very well the whole weekend.
Saturday and Sunday morning I was the first one to get up and take a shower.
Like I said before we didn’t go in cedar point on Saturday but dad did realize that he wasn’t sure which hotel he made reservations at in Columbus, actually I think he realized that sometime Friday night.
So most of Saturday my dad spent either driving, trying to figure out which hotel he made reservations at, or both driving and trying to figure out which hotel he made reservations at.
Now that I think about it, the main reason why I did not really want to go into the park on Saturday was because I knew dad didn’t know which hotel we had reservations at, but I didn’t actually say that out loud.
When we were driving towards Columbus dad at one point handed me the phone and said, “when he comes back on the line tell him to wait a minute and give me the phone.”
For the past two weeks or so I have had this cough.
At first I had just a sore throat and a cough and it felt like I had a hairball in my throat.
Now it feels almost like I’m trying to throw something up but I don’t feel nauseated.
Its not as bad as dry heaves but its almost like that.
I think I swallowed a small piece of towel.
My brother called earlier, I think he was going to ask me if I wanted to go bowling and I am half tempted to call him back to see what he wanted.
This morning I think I originally set my alarm for seven this morning but I reset it two or three times and the final time I set it for was ten so that I would have enough time to get up and go down the street to burgerking to get breakfast.
I don’t remember hearing the alarm at ten but I must of turned it off and then just went back to bed.
my phone finally woke me up at about noon or one o’clock.
It was my dad asking me to go over to the house to watch the Michigan and Michigan state football game with my brother mike.
I told my dad that I would probably stop by.
I did stop by to watch the game but mike was mostly sleeping in the bed but he did have the game on.
