I went to the gym today.

Right now I’m sitting at my messy kitchen table creating this journal entry.
My teeth really suck.
Tomorrow after dinner I’m going to try to floss my teeth but I almost decided to start doing that tonight but I decided against it.
I was sent home early from work because I get to work Saturday morning.
Editor note: oh boy.
It was a nice change to work only a half a day today but I would rather not have to work on Saturday morning.
Patricia sent me home at lunch time today from work.

Like I said, its nice to work only a half a day once in while but I have to work Saturday morning so that’s like working six days but only getting paid for five so it sucks.
But anyways, instead of going home right after work I decided to get lunch at the coney island inside one of the building that I work in.
I ordered the breakfast deal thing, which since they add on one dollar after eleven am isn’t that much of a deal, which comes with two or three large eggs I forget which, and hash browns and toast.
I think the breakfast deal is for 3.99 but since I don’t get there before eleven then the bump up the price to 4.99 plus whatever the price of a small coke is.
They also give me a discount since I work at the hospital but I don’t really even work at the hospital.
I work in one of the professional buildings next to the hospital and the company that I work for is not even associated with the hospital.
A couple of weeks ago, or it was probably a month or two ago, I had an older lady on my schedule for some sort of cat scan and the girls at the other office were also going to do an x-ray on her as well.
The old lady went to the hospital that sits between our two buildings and instead of sending her over to the correct building the people at the hospital just told her that they could do the x-ray and the ct there.
Those bastards at the hospital have stolen our patients before.
Anyways, after work I went to eat the coney island and then I went home to at first get a pair of shorts and use the bathroom but after I got home I decided that I was going to dig out a pair of shorts from my dirty clothes pile and then take a nap.
Like I said before I, I usually only use the sauna at the gym during the week but since I got out of work a lot earlier I decided that I was actually going to work out.

That gym is so much nicer than the one on van dyke.
So I got to the gym by four o’clock at the latest and I left by about five because I was already hungry again.
I went and got dinner by about six and now here we are.
As I was driving home from the gym today I decided that I was either going to stop at the store to get the stuff to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or I was going to eat the last poptart.
I decided on the poptart.
I also opened a bottle of mt dew as well, which I haven’t got half way through yet.
I just stopped to take a big drink of pop just a moment ago.
I think I’m almost done with this.
After I finish writing this I’m going to clean off this messy kitchen table and then I’m going to edit this so that I can publish it on my blog.

Last night I watched the movie ‘serenity’ online at Netflix.
I don’t really want to go into the details but if you have a chance to watch it then I would recommend it.
I wouldn’t actually go out and purchase it.
I don’t know if any movie is actually that good to go out and purchase because I can just rent it from Netflix for next to nothing.
I would like to actually rent it from Netflix so that I could watch the extras that are included with the dvd.
I’m going to check out Netflix again today after I’m done with this to see if they still are offering the deal for me to add on another dvd for a buck or two.

Or maybe I won’t bother because I can watch a bunch of movies online at their website.
But I will check to see if I put that movie on my list yet or as they call it my queue.
I’ve started using a spray bottle to water my plant that is on my kitchen table so that the dirt that is in the pot doesn’t get compacted and eroded so easily.
The draw back to this is that it appears that I have to water this plant more often now.
I seem to be watering the plant now at least a couple of times again now whereas before I watered it once a week.
I also purchased some of those little sticks of fertilizer that I have already given to the plant. Now its time to stop.
